The problem with going on holiday...

...is getting ready for it is so stressful the holiday cancels itself out! I'm amazed how
lupercal manages to pack in about ten minutes; I've spent pretty much all of today on the job. First off, shopping trip to get some vegan food and fabric softener. Then home, do two lots of washing, print off all the accommodation details, booking emails, maps etc.etc.etc., clean rats, get camping stuff together and put in car, charge phone, camera et al, dry two lots of washing, wash towels so they are nice and clean for
kneeshooter, pack clothes, burn drivy drivy music CD, get makeup and toiletries together, charge batteries for the torch, dry picnic rug that I'd washed yesterday but the weather saw fit to rain on...and *relax*. I think that's everything sorted.
In the morning, all I have to do is wash the bedding, so
kneeshooter doesn't have to sleep covered in cat hair.
Of course, I *must* have forgotten *something* - I wonder what...

BTW after your lid being in the bath for a week I've nearly gotten rid of the smell :-)
