Just got back after a trip to Grantham - a journey that involved going back in time 15 years and staying in a garret.

Must be quite a while since I've seen people there, but after you've known someone a certain length of time, you can get together after a couple of years and it's just the same as if you'd met up only last week. Although things do change - there's an extra person living there now, and although she's very small, she makes enough noise to make up for it.

So a really good night was had - although I still have that nagging missing lupercal, no matter what I do. Still, shouldn't be too long until he's back now.

I think maybe I hear the faint call of a Chinese take-away already, in the distance, tonight...

It's precisely 8 years since I last saw Mo and the Rachels. Seems 2 of them are doing dashed well.

Saw the Moses woman too today - she's fine. Still working in London for the Design Trust. No nice Jewish boy yet though.
