Possibly one of my *worser* most annoying habits is replacing the lyrics of well-known songs with whatever waffly nonsense is going through my head at the time. After sitting down and marking for an hour, humming 'Hey - if you happen to see the most beautiful cats in the world/Don't you see, you're in my garden', I've wandered into the kitchen with a storming rendition of the chorus of Feel like drinking gin. [boo bum boom boo bum boom] (repeat) Feel like drink-ing gin with yooooooo...

Today in work I returned to the English workroom with a large plastic exam board sack, what we put the coursework in to send off to the moderator.

"Have you got everything you need?" my head of department asks

"Yeah" I reply deadpan, "Just wondering whether to put the coursework in or stick it over my head and suffocate myself instead."

Then I wander out of the room, sack trailing behind me...
