Question for folks in Birmingham area

The lead on a welder to try and patch together my car hasn't turned anything up, so can anyone recommend a car bodywork/weldin place in Brum - preferably a cheap one that will bodge things together, seeing as I'm really not bothered about the way the car looks after it's been welded back together and can't afford new bits.

I've just moved into the same road as you and one of our housemates welds for a living, He's on lates this week but I'll ask him when he gets back. He'll most likely know somewhere that can help.

We had one recommended by our garage who fixed our car to get it through its MOT last time. He came to the house, spent 3 hours welding the car and only charged us £80 and a few cups of tea! Can get you the number if you want...

He asked if you want himt o come have a look at it hen might be able to tell who you should go to. He's starting work at 2 tomorrow so we can come over before that but I'm guessing you'll be at work with the car?

Am going to head into work about 9, which might be a little too early. Are you at St. Clabbarts now? I need to be in work by midday tomorrow - I should be in earlier, but can hang on and just do some work at home if he's free then?
