I normally stay as far away from Gordon Ramsay as possible, but kudos to Channel 4 for showing the slaughter of the two pigs Trinny and Susannah uncensored. Interesting to see Ramsey's reaction to it. I wonder how many complaints OfCom will get? According to The Independent, Channel 4 is "bracing itself for a flood of complaints". Which is crazy, because if only all pigs destined for the table were raised and slaughtered in that way what a wonderful word it would be! Full Independent article here for those as are interested.
