How's this for Customer Service???

"We are so confident our Internet prices are the best, that if you find the same new product in stock, available online, at a cheaper advertised price including delivery - we will not just match that price but we'll beat it by up to 5%."
I send them an email, with the URL of an online store that is selling the stove I'm thinking of buying for 20ukp less than them. I got the following reply:
"Unfortunately we are unable to beat this price, as they have got a very good deal on them."
Perhaps they should add 'unless they're cheaper that us' to that guarantee???
